YOGA

Fitness based, Hatha style Yoga. Teach basic poses, breath-work, core conditioning, balance, strength, relaxation & meditation. (Purchase of a Yoga mat required.)
Limited space/Pre-paid class $50.00 for 10 classes

Active Adult Class

Gentle, safe warm ups, light stretching, balance, strength & corework, using the chair, bands, weights & body bars. Easy on the joints.

Butz & Gutz Class

Focus on upper abs, lower abs, obliques, low back, shoulders, gluts & hips. Core strength & stabilazation are the foundation of proper hip & back alignment and good posture.

"T2B" Top to Bottom Class
Strength Class

A total body strength & cardio class, working all the major muscle groups using weights, bands, balance discs, body bars and mats.
